Colton Clark, Early Career Program Manager, Koch Industries, Wichita, KS

Colton Clark supports the strategic programs and experiences that introduce individuals early in their career to Koch Industries. As a Koch intern in 2017 he was introduced to the practice of Market-Based Management and how this business philosophy drives transformation, both in business and in society. Following graduation from Oklahoma State University he began his career as a Business Systems Analyst in the IT department of Flint Hills Resources, a Koch company. He transitioned from IT to the Koch Early Career team in 2019 where he has since supported campus recruiting teams, strategic marketing efforts and the Koch Internship Program. He’s a proud uncle of the coolest 4-year old and almost 2-year old around, Braggs & Boede Clark, and loves travelling to Oklahoma to spend time with family. When home in Wichita, KS, you can find him at Panera Bread in the mornings before work (you’ll have to ask him about the coffee subscription) or a favorite local spot with friends. He is passionate about helping individuals identify their gifts and learn how to apply them in their studies, in their work and in their communities.
